This Valentine's Day, we held our annual Valentine's Poetry Party. Charlotte Mason believed in the importance of exposing children to poetry, and I think she would have loved being at our celebration, listening to all the beautiful, funny, and meaningful poems. It's always one of my favorite days of the year, and this year was no exception! Here are some pictures from our day (I didn't take any of our class since I was saying the poem with them during their turn! Whoops! Lesson learned.):
