Project Basement

So it's been several weeks since I've posted, and I'm about to show you why.  James and I have been working on our basement, turning it into my craft studio and a schoolroom for the small group of neighborhood children that I teach during the week.  I wish I had some "before" pictures, because it makes the "after" pictures that much better.  But since I don't, just picture your average dark and dingy basement, with roaches and dust and dirt and old paint and rusty tools and you just about have our old basement.  Here are some pics of it today:
